FAQ's

Are all Azurina products leather?

All of our pieces are leather, unless otherwise stated.  

How do I add my initials to my order? 

On each product page, there is a Monogram drop-down option (with a black cross beside). Click on this and you can add your initials, choose your foil, and decide where you'd like them.

If you would like . Between your mono then please check the add dots box. (Dots come between each letter as standard)

What if I would like a bespoke monogram for my order? 

Do not fear even though currently it's an either or situation - Emoji's OR Text on your chosen product, if you contact us direct before placing your order we can try and make your monogramming dreams come true however big or small! (it just might take us a little longer). If you have a specific time you need your bespoke pieces for please make sure to contact us before you order so we can check this is possible. So get creative and drop us an email ateam@theazurinastore.com (just FYI this is the quickest way to contact us NOT Insta DM)

How long do I have to wait for my pieces after placing my order? 

For orders within the UK, from ordering to delivery please allow 3-5 working days on standard delivery however next working day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm. Within Europe standard delivery is 5-7 days, and Worldwide 10-14 days, however we do also have DHL express shipping (3-5 days) available for all countries. 

I need my pieces urgently, can you help?! 

Absolutely. If you need your pieces like, yesterday, we will do our absolute best to get them to you for your best friend's 30th/your sister's wedding/that anniversary you forgot about. We want to help you wherever we can - so pop us an email or message after ordering and we will get straight back to you on what we can do. Don't forget to say please. 

I'm sending my items as a gift, what can you do? 

How cute of you. Just let us know your order number and details via email - ateam@theazurinastore.com, and we can do anything from including a personal note, to popping in a gorgeous gift bag. 

Can I have my full name on my item? 

Of course! Our standard initial amount is 4 Capital letters, but dependant on the product, longer Lower Case monograms are fine. N.B. Luggage tags have a limit of 4 Capital letters due to their size.

Will you be restocking Sold Out items?

Absolutely! We cannot believe the rate at which so many of our favourite pieces sold out since launch. You guys are amazing. Don't worry if you missed out first, or even second time around - most of our pieces will make a comeback. And as soon as they do, we'll be letting you guys know via social, and emails, ASAP.

I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?
If for any reason you aren't happy with your pieces, pop us an email at ateam@theazurinastore.com. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of your pieces, we do not accept returns as a rule. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, however, do let us know.
Please note to ensure a smooth finish the alignment on our croc pieces may be moved to ensure the monogram does not fall onto deeper  cracks.
